10/22/2017 – Polar balance

Right leg straight back, breath, balance.
Then out to the side, breath, balance, then down.
Left leg straight back, breath, balance.
Then out to the side, breath, balance, then down.
Right Leg and left arm out, slowly, breath, down.
Left leg and right arm out, slowly, breath, down.
Now legs back, and roll the ball away, slowly.
Now roll it back to you. Breath.
Repeat.
